Hello everyone!
It's the beginning of the year and we have only had one meeting so far. I understand that the first few weeks are a bit hectic so here's my proposition. Anyone signed up for an event this weekend, check the forum to see if you're on the confirmation lsit, if not, DO NOT PANIC! Shoot me an email by Thursday evening to confirm or sign up for an event! We will be calling everyone signed up for events on Thursday evening to confirm volunteers for the weekend. However if you sign up and confirm, I'm giving you 2 weeks to turn in your member application before we can't count them. So PLEASE turn those member applications in!
